A Sri Lankan cricketer indicted of violating a woman while in Australia for the T20 World Cup choked her so strongly she was left” stewing for her life”, court documents purport. Danushka Gunathilaka, 31, who was charged with four counts of rape on Sunday, is also indicted of taking off a condom during coitus with the woman. The batter denied any violence or lack of concurrence in an interview with police. He was refused bail on Monday after police argued he’s a flight threat. A court repression order was lifted on Wednesday, allowing reporting of the documents police reckoned on to oppose his bail. According to the police data given to the court, Mr Gunathilaka and the 29- time-old plaintiff- who can not be linked- matched on Tinder on 29 October. They agreed to meet up in Sydney on 2 November, going out for drinks and regale before returning to the plaintiff’s house, the documents say. There Mr Gunathilaka is indicted of engaging in” forceful” sexual intercourse with the woman, allegedly choking her three times- formerly for over to 30 seconds.

” The plaintiff was stewing for her life and couldn’t get down from the indicted,” police purport in the court documents. Police say the woman was” clear” that she didn’t assent to coitus without a condom or to coitus with choking. The coming day, police say the plaintiff told two musketeers what had happed, spoke to a comforting service and saw her croaker before reaching police. She also passed a sexual assault forensic examination at sanitarium and a brain checkup to check for any injury performing from the contended repeated choking, they say.
